Welcome

Having relocated from the NYC/Long Island area in 1993 we are sensitive to the needs of relocating families. Our own relocation experience led us to a career in Real Estate in 1997.  Our service covers everything from 1st time homebuyers to downsizing seniors, condos and 1-4 family homes. While no transaction is ‘worry free’, we use our 23 years experience to anticipate any bumps in the road, addressing  them ahead of time, leading to a smoother transaction.

Our goal is to do such a great job that we create life-long advocates.

We begin by listening.   Tell us your goals and how can we best help you achieve them?  We are here to be your guide, coordinator, and advocate from first meeting to closing.

We’ve filled this website with tips and resources to help you quickly understand what you need to know — and how we deliver the services designed to meet your needs.

If you’re selling click here to learn more about the process and how to ensure your property sells quickly and for the highest price possible.

If you’re buying click here to discover how to find your next dream home and get it, without overpaying.

We invite you to an introductory meeting (via Zoom or at our 6000 Sheridan Drive office). We want to meet you!  We will share how we work and review the steps in the Real Estate process  – CONTACT US.  There’s no obligation.

Home matters now more than ever!  Our Virtual Office is open!
